The new production line, located at our Foshan headquarters, became fully operational this month and represents a significant investment in our ability to serve growing global demand.

The expansion adds 8,000 square meters of dedicated manufacturing space, equipped with state-of-the-art automated cutting, stitching, and quality inspection systems. This advanced machinery allows us to maintain our rigorous quality standards while dramatically increasing output — our monthly production volume has risen from 500,000 units to over 700,000 units across all product categories.

Meeting Global Demand with Faster Turnarounds

One of the primary drivers behind this expansion is the increasing demand from our international partners. Over the past two years, orders from European and North American distributors have grown by 35%, and our existing capacity was beginning to constrain lead times. With the new facility online, we have reduced our standard production lead time from 25 days to 15 days for most product lines, with expedited orders available in as few as 7 days.

The expansion also includes a dedicated OEM and private-label production zone, designed specifically to handle the growing number of custom branding and packaging requests we receive. This dedicated space ensures that custom orders are processed with the same efficiency and quality control as our standard product lines, without creating bottlenecks in our core manufacturing workflow.

We have also expanded our workforce by 120 employees, bringing our total team to over 450 people. All new team members have completed our comprehensive training program, which covers production techniques, quality assurance protocols, and workplace safety standards.
